RTD begins concrete repairs at Nine Mile Station Park-n-Ride

RTD and project contractor Summit Sealants began work this week on a long-term phased construction project to make structural repairs to the Nine Mile Station Park-n-Ride garage.

The work, which includes applying joint sealant to the parking decks, is being performed in multiple phases over two and a half years to minimize impacts to bus operations and customer parking.

The first phase, which will continue into April 2025, will take place on the north half of Levels 2 and 3 of parking garage deck. Construction workers began mobilizing Sept. 16. The south half of levels 2 and 3 will remain open for customer parking, with protected lanes around the work.
